Educational preview · Phase 1

Family Health Library

Free, plain-language help for pregnancy and early parenthood — an in-browser due-date estimator that saves nothing, checklists of good questions to bring to your appointments, and links to trusted public-health sources. Original, ad-free, and honest about what it is.

General educational information only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk with your own qualified healthcare provider about your pregnancy, your health, and your baby. If you think you may have an emergency, call your local emergency number. This page collects nothing: there are no accounts, and the estimator runs entirely in your browser — no data is saved or sent. We do not describe this service as “HIPAA compliant,” because no personal health information is collected here.

Due-date estimator

A quick estimate based on the standard 40-week (280-day) calculation. Nothing you type is saved or sent — it's calculated right here in your browser.

Appointment-question checklists

Original prompts to help you get the most from a visit. These are questions to ask your provider — not answers. Print or screenshot and bring them along.

For a prenatal visit

  • Which tests or screenings are recommended at this stage, and what do they look for?
  • Which symptoms should prompt me to call the office — and how do I reach you after hours?
  • Are there foods, activities, travel, or medicines I should check with you about?
  • What weight-gain and nutrition pattern is healthy for me specifically?
  • What are my options and your recommendations for the birth plan?
  • What should I expect between now and my next visit?

For a baby check-up

  • Which milestones should I watch for before the next visit?
  • Which vaccines are due today, and is there anything I should ask about them?
  • What are the warning signs that mean I should call you or seek care?
  • Is my baby's feeding, growth, and sleep on track for their age?
  • How should I handle common issues like fever, fussiness, or rashes?
  • What safety changes should I make at home before the next stage?

Trusted public-health resources

Guides in development

We're writing original prenatal, postpartum, and baby-care guides. Because these make health statements, every guide is written and reviewed by qualified clinicians using primary medical sources before it's published here. We won't post health articles until they've passed that review — no AI-written medical claims, no copied content.

In review

Prenatal & postpartum timelines

Week-by-week and stage-by-stage overviews, in plain language — pending clinician review.

Baby-care resource guides

Feeding, sleep, and development basics that point to primary sources — pending clinician review.

What's coming — and what we won't rush

We're building this in careful phases so it stays safe and honest:

Planned · Phase 2

Private tracking (adult-only, 18+)

A period & symptom journal, pregnancy timeline, and feeding/sleep/diaper logs — with easy export and complete delete. Built only after a privacy-first security foundation is ready. Accounts will be for parents and caregivers aged 18+. No child accounts and no public baby profiles.

Planned · Phase 3

Clinical features — gated

We will not add diagnosis, medication dosing, contraception claims, pregnancy-risk prediction, emergency triage, or provider/records sharing until legal, clinical, security, and regulatory review are complete. General-wellness education stays separate from anything that diagnoses or treats.

Original work only. We don't copy, paraphrase, or AI-rewrite other apps' articles, and we don't import anyone's posts, images, or data. Every image, font, and illustration we use will be properly licensed, with an asset register kept behind the scenes.
