What we do
Clinical research runs on documents and decisions: standard operating procedures, checklists, budgets, and reference material that has to be accurate, current, and easy to use. AVD Clinical creates that resource layer as original work — not copied templates — and puts it in one place, priced fairly, with a free tier so that a coordinator, a monitor, or a small sponsor can get real value on day one.
Our operating principle: build in the open, be honest about what's finished and what isn't, and never charge for what should be free. Every feature on the site is labeled as live or on the roadmap — no vaporware, no fake demos.

Study-level portals for sites, CROs, and sponsors with audit-logged access — pending validated backend infrastructure.

Patient-facing document and consent tools, built only when we can do them under a proper compliance framework.
How our documents are made
Every SOP, checklist, and template we publish is written originally by AVD Clinical and passes an internal QA checklist before release. Each carries a document version and publish date. They are starting frameworks: they require customization to your protocol, sponsor requirements, local law, and your own quality review before operational use. AVD Clinical does not certify regulatory compliance — that always depends on your implementation.
Standards & honesty
- Original work. Our resources are authored by AVD Clinical. We don't host, copy, or redistribute third-party copyrighted documents.
- Privacy first. The current website stores no patient health information (PHI). Sign-in uses one-time email codes; phone/SMS is optional.
- No hype. Live features are usable now; roadmap features are labeled as such. We'd rather under-promise.
- Not advice. Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, financial, or clinical advice. Consult qualified professionals before decisions.
